Getting started is easy! Simply sign up for an account, choose a subscription plan that fits your needs, and connect your accounts (email, shopping, etc.) to start tracking your carbon footprint. You can then browse our verified carbon offset projects and choose which ones to support. Our platform will guide you through each step of the process.

Our platform offers two simple ways to track carbon emissions from your activities. You can forward emails containing travel confirmations, utility bills, or receipts to your unique Quotynt email address, or upload documents directly through our dashboard. Our AI analyses these documents to extract relevant information and calculate the associated carbon footprint. You'll see the results in your dashboard and can choose to offset the emissions with just one click.

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption to protect your data, and we never store sensitive information like passwords or payment details. We only access the minimum data required to calculate emissions, and you can disconnect any account at any time. Your privacy and data security are top priorities for us.

Carbon offsetting is the process of compensating for your carbon dioxide emissions by funding projects that reduce or remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. These projects can include renewable energy development, forest conservation, methane capture, and more. For every ton of CO₂ you emit, you can purchase a carbon offset that represents one ton of CO₂ being reduced or removed elsewhere.

We only partner with projects that are certified by recognized standards like Gold Standard, Verra VCS, and Plan Vivo. These standards require rigorous verification, monitoring, and reporting. Additionally, our team conducts regular reviews and site visits to ensure ongoing compliance and impact. For e-commerce deliveries, we factor in distance, transportation method, package weight, and other variables. For travel, we consider mode of transport, distance, and efficiency factors. At least 95% of your carbon offset contribution goes directly to the projects you choose. The remaining portion covers verification costs, ongoing monitoring, and platform operations. Our subscription fees cover the operation of our service, allowing us to maximize the impact of your offset contributions. We maintain full transparency on all fees and project costs.

Yes, you can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. When upgrading, you'll immediately gain access to the new features, and we'll prorate the cost for the remainder of your current billing period. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
